How long does setup take?
Setup is instant! Our automated system will automatically provision your service immediately after you have completed your order. If it has not been activated after 20 minutes, please contact our Support Team.
Can I transfer to Novonode?
Absolutely! We provide the tools necessary to access your service, allowing the transfer of services to be as seamless as possible. If you currently have a VPS, Minecraft server, Website or any other service we offer with another hosting company, contact our Support Team to inquire about a transfer!
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 24-hour moneyback guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or simply changed your mind, contact us for a full refund. All we ask is that you let us know why, so we can improve our services for future customers.

Are Virtual Private Servers Managed?
No. Our Virtual Private Server (VPS) services are unmanaged. Unmanaged meaning we only provide bare minimum in terms of support for them. If you are interested in receiving further support, please contact our Support Team to discuss any possibilities.
What control panel do you use?
We use VirtFusion for all of our Virtual Private Server (VPS) packages.
Can I Upgrade/Downgrade My VPS?
We allow upgrades on VPS', however due to the nature of virtualization issues, we cannot allow downgrades.
Do Your VPS' Come With A Rescue Mode?
Yes. You can enable and disable rescue mode from the VPS control panel.
Do I Need A System Administrator To Use A VPS?
We try to make our VPS service as easy as possible to use. We suggest using a trusted and experienced System Administrator for security reasons, or for tasks you cannot complete yourself.

What Control Panel Do You Use For Game Hosting?
We use a modified version of the open-sourced Pterodactyl panel for all our Game Hosting plans. If you have any questions or feature requests, be sure to let us know in Discord.
How Long Does My Service Take To Activate?
It is instant.Our automated system will automatically provision your service immediately after you have completed your order. If it has not been activated after 20 minutes, please contact our Support Team.
Does My Plan Include Backups?
All of our Game Hosting plans include manual backups. We do not provide any automated backups however, you can create a schedule through our control panel to create automatic backups.
What games do you support?
We support a variety of games, some of which you can find on our game hosting page, you will find a completed list by clicking the Change server type option under settings on the games panel. If there is a game you don't see supported but would like to, please let our Support Team know.
Can I Upgrade/Downgrade My Package?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your Game Hosting package at any point through the Client Area.
How Can I Purchase Additional Storage?
If you are interested in purchasing additional storage, please contact our Support Team.
How Do I Control The MySQL Database Included?
When creating a database through the control panel, you will be provided with credentials that you can use to access PHPMyAdmin.

Does Website Hosting Come With Backups?
Yes. It is possible for you to create full backups of your web hosting account via cPanel.

We use PHPMyAdmin as an interactive database management system which is built into cPanel.
